Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Helsinki
Your host will meet you at the Helsinki Airport. You will be transferred to your hotel located in the Helsinki city center. Evening is yours to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere this Nordic capital has to offer!
Helsinki, the capital of Finland, was founded in 1550 by the Swedish king. In 1917, Finland gained its independence and Helsinki became the capital of the new Republic. Helsinki is a vibrant, cultural and modern city. The city is highly characterized by the presence of water.
Accommodation at Hotel Rantapuisto or similar.
Day 2: Kayaking in Helsinki and overnight in a wild camp
We will start the tour from Vuosaari Paddling Center and find our way through the labyrinth of islands discovering the secrets of the marine nature. On the way we keep the pace relaxed and have several floating breaks on water and hop on dry land whenever needed. In the evening we will camp on one of the many islands in the archipelago with views over the Baltic sea. After pitching our tents we’ll enjoy a nice dinner with drinks by the campfire as the sun is setting.

Day 3: Helsinki Archipelago
After a plentiful breakfast and an optional morning swim we will continue our tour through the waterways and see more beautiful sights of the Helsinki archipelago. Little red cabins, old wooden boats and seabirds are characteristics of the landscape. After a while we turn our kayaks and head back to the Vuosaari Paddling Center. When ashore we will enjoy a healthy meal on the seaside terrace recounting the highlights of our adventure!
Accommodation at Hotel Katajannokka or similar.
Day 4: Departure from Helsinki
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
