Dear Lena,

How are you! Guess what arrived today? Well you know, all the documents.

Alan was super surprised on his birthday and he is super excited now, like a kid! It really is a trip of a lifetime.

Thank you for the birthday card you send ahead of his birthday, and the birthday wishes in  the documents. We really really can't wait to go.

We have invested in new show gear for the trip for Christmas presents to each other so we are getting sorted.

I want to thank you so much for everything. You have been really amazing and making the whole thing so much more exciting and also your super organisation means that everything is set up perfectly.

I cannot thank you enough ??

My kindest regards

Penny

We have just returned from Finland and had a fantastic time.  The hotel staff looked after us really well & the birthday cake for Rory was not forgotten.  The activities were really enjoyable, the highlight for us both being the husky safari.  The cross country skiing was timetabled for the second morning which gave us the opportunity to do more of it as the week progressed.

The food in the hotel on the first three nights was really good and the buffet on the next three was good, the difference being that due to it being a buffet, some of the food was warm rather than hot.  The staff even went to the trouble of making us sandwiches on the morning of our departure as we were going to miss breakfast.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable, the perfect base for our activity holiday.  Everything was seamlessly organised from star to finish with no delays or hiccups along the way.  Thanks again for your help in organising a very enjoyable holiday

Regards

Annette

Hi Lena,

Just wanted to let you know that Mary and I both agreed that this tour was a smashing 10 star adventure and that we would recommend it highly.  The people in that resort and in Northern Finland were absolutely kind and friendly and genuine. Its a superb location, stunning scenery, the food and the amenities at the resort were outstanding, the adventure guides for every sport were incredibly kind and patient, and we are very pleased with everything about this trip.
