We can suggest food and cultural discovery trips to try local delicacies and street foods, guided tours to see sites like the Doms Cathedral and the Latvian National Museum of Art, and even Latvia and Lithuania combo tours where you'll get to explore both Riga and Vilnius in one holiday.

Seasonal Latvia Package Holidays

There is never a bad time to visit Latvia, with the hot summers contrasting sharply with the snowy winter period, and the quieter months during the spring and autumn, which remain pleasantly warm and provide far fewer crowds in the busiest areas.

Summer Holidays in Latvia

Latvia travel packages to the coastlines, especially Jurmala, are always popular. This resort city is a short distance to the west of Riga, and has charming wooden villas and miles of white sandy beaches that line the waters of the Gulf of Riga.

Summer visitors can also spend their holidays immersing themselves in the cultural festivals like Midsummer, a highlight of the calendar, or enjoy the cool shade of the forests surrounding the lakes in Gauja National Park.

Latvia Winter Holidays and Christmas City Breaks

Winter in the Baltics is a fantastic festive getaway, and the Old Town in Riga becomes a real winter wonderland with frequent dustings of snow, Christmas markets full of handcrafted and artisanal gifts, and ice skating rinks in the city squares.

We can suggest weekend breaks and Latvia tourism packages to suit your priorities, whether you'd love to stay in a cosy wilderness lodge, try excursions like sleigh rides in the forests, or book a luxury hotel in Riga Old Town, complete with seasonal dining menus and roaring fires.

Spring and Autumn Escapes

Travelling in the spring or autumn is wonderful if you'd like to book a small-group cultural trip during the slower pace of these times of year or have always wanted to organise a Latvian nature and wildlife holiday during the best times to see the wildlife roaming the countryside – including elk, lynx, eagles, boars, deer and even wolves and bears!

The fresh warmth of the spring is equally great for spa and wellness retreats without the heat of the summer, while the beauty of the autumn foliage and the excitement of the Latvian harvest festivals make this an opportunity to travel at your leisure.

I just wanted to thank you very much for organising a terrific trip for Don and I through the Baltic Region.
All your arranging worked extremely well, with all transfers being on time, friendly and efficient.
The hotels we stayed in offered a variety of styles and all clean, central and a pleasure to be in.
Our guides were friendly and shared their wealth of knowledge of the area with us.

If you could pass on our thanks to the people involved that would be appreciated and a special thanks to yourself.

Don and I are now back home in Australia and have already recommended your company to a few people.

Kind Regards
from Jenny and Don

We’d just like to say how much we enjoyed our recent tour of the Baltic States and to thank you for your help. It was very nice to be able to pick up the phone and deal direct with an actual person. We also very much apprectiated your checking us in for our Easyjet flights.

All the arrangements at the other end worked smoothly (except for our very first taxi transfer from th airport - he was stuck in traffic or something), the hotels were nice and the guides very good and informative. Everything was as we’d been led to expect when booking, and in the itinerary. It was useful that we didn’t have to make up our mind about the optional trips at the start of the holiday, but could book them nearer the day they were due to take place.

We filled in the questionnaire that Baltic Vision asked us to complete before leaving Tallinn, but we thought we’d like to thank the office at the London end too.

Best wishes,
Mr & Mrs Death

We had a great Baltic holiday. Everyone in my family really enjoyed it!

We don't have any negative comments. The Radisson Blu hotels were all excellent. The tour guides were all very good. The tour was very well organized. And we loved the various cities that we visited, especially Riga.

The only small comment we do have is regarding the lunch stop on the journey between Vilnius and Riga. We stopped for one hour or so in a quiet, dull shopping mall. Perhaps it would be better to stop at a nice village restaurant, or provide a picnic stop in a nice park?

Anyway, thanks again for a great holiday. Keep up the good work!
