Family Holidays Sweden

Wheel of Gothenburg by Martin Jakobsson/VisitSweden

Sweden is a fantastic country with a huge variety of sights and activities to enjoy. Why not enjoy the archipilagos in Stockholm with the family? Or celebrate the Midnight Sun in June, this is a huge celebration in Sweden. The landscape in Sweden offers something for all ages, winter and summer. Icehotels, skiing, snowmobiling, reindeersledding, dogsledding, Northern Lights and much more in the winter, Midnight Sun, bathing, swimming and much more in the summer.

Sweden covers a large area, situated close to Denmark to the South and the less populated area north of the Arctic Circle where you can enjoy a completely different fauna than in the South. Sweden is a huge country and you will see very few people on your way from one end of the country to the next.
