Gorki Leninskie Museum

The Gorki Leninskiye Museum is an urban locality which became a Museum for much of Lenin's possessions, which today is quite the unique Museum complex of the modern Russia and a historical monument of federal importance in a uniquie neighbourhood in Moscow. Gorki Leninskiye does not only keep memories of Vladimir Lenin safe. The Museum was opened in 1949, 25 year after Lenins death in 1924, There are two main buildings, namely the Estate House and the Lenin Museum and can easily be visited on a day tour while in Moscow.

The Museum offers a place where you can enjoy the architectural and park complex in one - which has largely remained unchanged from the original collection of Museum Objects that surrounded Lenin.

Today there are only a very limited places  you can see the collection of items surrounding a man like Lenin. His memorial was raised in 1987.
