Originally from Poland and based in London since 2006, I’ve built my career around creating thoughtful, well-crafted travel experiences that really reflect what clients are looking for. With a background in Psychology, I naturally focus on understanding people and what makes a trip feel personal and meaningful. I specialise in the Balkans, the Nordics and wider Europe, drawing on firsthand experience across these regions to design itineraries that feel authentic rather than off-the-shelf. Bulgaria is my favourite destination - a place I know well and return to often, with its mix of mountain landscapes, history, great food and wine, and genuinely warm hospitality. At Baltic Travel, I focus on turning that destination knowledge into seamless, memorable journeys across the European region.
Mark - Business Development and Sales
I started in Travel way back in 1995 before the internet and when Blur and Oasis were fighting it out in the Britpop Wars. My first job was selling Nile Cruises and Red Sea Holidays through pages on Teletext which was fun and very competitive!
I am lucky enough to have visited the Nordic Region numerous times and am always wondering when I can go back. Some of my highlights include experiencing the constant darkness of Polar Night in Svalbard and the most amazing Aurora above Malangen in Norway. There’s always something new to see or try on a visit to the Nordics.
Being mostly English, I only speak English and am impressed by my Baltic Travel colleagues who are all fluent in multiple languages. What I like best is to work with our clients to create bespoke trips and I hope that I can help you plan your perfect trip too.

I have lived in Denmark, Singapore and now in the UK for a long time. My background is in Financial Services, which is of great help in the Travel Industry.
