Berns Hotel is one of Stockholm's most famous boutique hotels set in a majestic building dating back to 1863 right by Berzelii Park. In addition to the hotel part, it is a restaurant and entertainment venue with nightclub in one of the most beautiful settings with historic decor throughout the public areas. Many concerts are held here and several lunch/dining options are offered with excellent cuisine. For guests staying Friday or Saturday nights, they will receive a personal wristband esnuring priority and free entrance to the top nightclubs in central Stockholm including Spy Bar, White Room and of course Berns own Gallery 2.35 1. Late check-out at 2pm is offered for those guests departing on Sundays and if departing before 11am on the weekend, enjoy a refreshing Bloody Mary or Virgin Mary at check-out. The actual rooms contrast dramatically with this traditional feel and are decorated in very modern art decor feel and also contain an entertainment centre including television, video and cd player (cd's and videos can be borrowed from the hotel's extensive library). Bathrooms are in good condition and very sleek with luxury toiletries. All meals are taken in the red room dining room- a superb restaurant for gourmet or a la carte dining or guests may chose to meet in one of the famous salons adjacent to the hotel where every one from entertainers to royalty have eaten and drunk for 125 years. The lobby is decorated in small to medium in size and adorned with marble and chandeliers.
