June was even more expensive.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">With the price of oil slumping and their economy shrinking, the Russian&#8217;s have devalued the rouble by over 33% since the summer.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span>We are finally beginning to see the cheaper rouble reflected in hotel and restaurant prices.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;
