September 2015
Overall rating: (5/5)

Just to let you know it all went smoothly; we had a lovely and interesting holiday. We were lucky with the weather too - my daughter even got sunburn on a hike. Hotel Laki gave us a free upgrade to one of their luxury rooms, which was a nice surprise. Another nice surprise was seeing the Northern Lights - we didn't expect this in Summer. Ensku Husin was lovely - my family particularly appreciated the views over the river and mountains, and the beautiful and relaxing living room.

One particular point - the photocopied guide book you sent us was enormously helpful, with its tips and 'insider knowledge', we hardly had to use the other guide book we bought. Font size could be bigger though - it is difficult for middle-aged eyes to read in poor lighting!

Best regards,

Aodhan.
