RUSSIAN VISA PROCESSING 2010
Applications for Russian visas are accepted within 3 months of departure and we’ll provide you with visa support documents (tourist voucher & tourist confirmation). Below are detailed instructions how to apply for your visas directly with the Russia Visa Application Center in London (by post or in person).

Required documents for visa arrangements:
- ORIGINAL PASSPORT, valid for a minimum of 6 months after leaving Russia and containing at least 2 blank pages.
- One recent PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO glued to the indicated area of the application form.
- A completed VISA APPLICATION FORM (MUST BE COMPLETED ON-LINE) on the Russian Visa Application Centre website and signed by the applicant. Application forms completed by hand will not be accepted.
- A standard TOURIST CONFIRMATION (in Russian) of acceptance from an authorised Russian travel agency registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation must contain the agency's reference number and registration number (we’ll arrange it).
- A TOURIST VOUCHER from a British (Russian) travel agency stamped and signed by an authorized person (we’ll arrange it).
- If you would like to have your passport returned by post you must provide a PRE-PAID SELF ADDRESSED ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPE. Please remember only one processed passport shall be returned in one envelope. Hence, as an example, for a family of three, please include three Special Delivery Envelopes.
- PAYMENT
- If applying in person the following payment options are accepted:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Card
- Cash also accepted at the Russia Visa Application Centre
- Applicants can also make payments via bank drafts favoring "RNT Limited"
- If applying by post:
- Postal order payable to “RNT Limited” with the visa fees and service charges. Do not send cash along with your application via post
- If you do not have British passport, please let us know, as other nationalities might have additional requirements and different fees.
Please note: Incomplete applications or applications with insufficient funds will not be processed and shall be returned.
If you are unable to take your application for processing and do not wish to send it directly to the Russia Visa Application Center, Baltic Travel Company can submit the applications on your behalf. However, we would have to charge an additional service fee of £35 per standard application and £50 per next day application to the costs specified above.
In order for us to arrange TOURIST CONFIRMATION and TOURIST VOUCHER we’ll require following details from each traveler:
- name as in passport (incl. middle names)
- date of birth
- passport number
- passport expiry date
- nationality
