If you prefer more privacy, then a
self - catering apartment or villa may suit you better. We can suggest an apartment in Nida that sleeps up to ten and is modestly priced at £785 per week during the summer months. We can also help arrange flights and car hire, as well as activities such as sailing or bicycle hire.
Getting There:
- Fly from London Heathrow to Palanga on Scandinavian Airlines. The advantage is that you only have a 1 hour drive to Nida from Palanga airport. However, you do have a short stopover in Copenhagen.
- Fly from Stansted or Liverpool to Kaunas on Ryanair. The advantage is direct flights, but you are still about a four hour drive from Nida.
- Fly from London Gatwick to Vilnius with Lithuanian Airlines or Air Baltic. The advatage is that these flights operate daily and there is a lot to see in Vilnius. Have a look at our suggested City and Coast itinerary. The disadvatage is that it takes about 5 hours to drive from Vilnius to Nida.
