7 days / 6 nights from £595 pp This self drive holiday gives you an excellent introduction to the charming Baltic capitals of
Riga and
Tallinn and takes you on a route along the Baltic coast with a stop in Estonias sea side resort town
Parnu. The trip takes you through
Laahemaa National Park to
Narva, on the Russian border, and stops in the old universtiy town of
Tartu before heading to the Latvian hills of
Sigulda.

- Standard package is £595 pp and includes 3* accommodation and a C Group rental car.
- Deluxe package is £715 pp and includes 4* accommodation and a F Group rental car.
Package price is based on availability and two people sharing a double/twin room. Package price includes:

Itinerary: Day 1 - Arrive in Riga airport and pick up rental car. Check-in at a hotel in Riga. Free time in Riga, the capital of Latvia with a UNESCO listed Old Town. Overnight at 3* Konventa Seta or 4* Gutenbergs.
Day 2 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Riga – Parnu (180 km). Stop at Riga Open Air Ethnographic Museum to experience a sample of Latvian country life. Admire the beautiful tree-lined coast along the Via Baltica highway. Stop at for an interesting walk at Minhauzens (particulary suitable if travelling with children. Continue journey to Parnu. Overnight at 3* Villa Wesset or 4* Scandic Rannahotell.
Day 3 - Breakfast in the hotel. Take a walk though Parnu, also known as the Estonian Summer Capital.
Drive: Parnu – Haapsalu – Tallinn (230 km). In Haapsalu, pay a visit to the Bishop’s Castle, for some nice views of the coast. Drive to Tallinn and explore the beautifully walled-in Old Town. Overnight at 3* Olevi Residents or 4* St. Olav's.
Day 4 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive along Tallinn’s beach and explore Kadriorg Palace and the Song
Festival grounds in the Pirita district. Drive: Tallinn – Narva (215 km). Drive through Laahemaa National
Park and along the coast, making a stop at the Valaste waterfall. Continue to the Russian border city of Narva. Overnight at 3* Narva Hotel or 3*+ Inger in a business class room.
Day 5 - Breakfast in the hotel. Explore Narva Castle and the magnificent view across the river into Russia! Drive: Narva – Tartu (185 km). En route you can enjoy the shiny blue Lake Pepsi and stop for a walk. Check-in at a hotel in Tartu. Explore the beauty of this bustling university city and make a photo stop at the Fountain of the Kissing Students! Overnight at 3* Dorpat or 4* London.
Day 6 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Tartu – Sigulda (200 km). Explore the beautiful hilly landscape of southern Estonia and pay a visit to the country’s Winter Capital: Otepaa. Drive through the border town of Valga/Valka to the medieval city of Cesis and onwards to scenic Sigulda. Check-in at a hotel in Sigulda. Take a walk through the Gauja valley and enjoy the beautiful nature of Latvia’s ‘Little Switzerland”. Overnight at 3* Sigulda (Standard room) or 3* Sigulda (junior suite).
Day 7 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Sigulda – Riga/Jurmala (90/115 km) If time permits, pay a visit to the seaside resort of Jurmala, with its huge sandy blue-flag beach. Drop off rental car at Riga airport. Depart Riga.
