This Baltic seld drive holiday allows you to experience the capitals (Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn) of the three Baltic states, takes you through national parks such as Gauja National Park in Latvia and Lahemaa National Park in Estonia, visits historical and natural landmarks such as the Hill of Crosses and the Curonian Spit in Lithuania), and winds along the Baltic Sea coast through Parnu, Jurmala and Klaipeda.
Pricing:
- Standard package is £775 pp and includes 3* accommodation and a C Group rental car.
- Deluxe package is £965 pp and includes 4* accommodation and a F Group rental car.
Package price is per person and based on two people sharing a double or twin room. Package includes:
- Direct flights from the UK to Riga (we can arrange connecting flights from other airports upon request).

Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrive in Riga airport and pick up rental car. Check-in at the hotel in Riga. Free time in Riga, the capital of Latvia with a UNESCO listed Old Town. Overnight at 3* Konventa Seta or 4* Gutenbergs.
Day 2 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Riga – Parnu – Tallinn (310 km). Stop at the Riga Open Air Ethnographic Museum to experience a sample of Latvian country life. Continue your journey via Parnu to Tallinn, driving along its beach to explore Kadriorg Palace and the Song Festival grounds in the Pirita district. Afterwards check-in at a hotel in Tallinn and take a walk through the beautifully walled-in Old Town. Overnight at 3* Olevi Residents or 4* St.Olav.
Day 3 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Tallinn – Rakvere – Tartu (240 km). Drive through Laahemaa National Park and along the coast, making a stop at the Valaste waterfall. Continue via Rakvere, the shiny blue Lake Pepsi and stop for a walk. Check-in at a hotel in Tartu. Explore the beauty of this bustling university city. Overnight at 3* Dorpat or 4* London.
Day 4 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Tartu – Sigulda (200 km). Explore the beautiful hilly landscape of southern Estonia and pay a visit to the country’s Winter Capital: Otepaa. Drive through the border town of Valga/Valka to the medieval city of Cesis and onwards to scenic Sigulda. Overnight at 3* Sigulda (standard room) or 3* Sigulda (junior suite)
Day 5 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Sigulda – Jurmala (115 km). Take a walk through the Gauja valley and enjoy the beautiful nature of Latvia’s ‘Little Switzerland”. Drive to the seaside resort of Jurmala, with its huge sandy blue-flag beach. Overnight at 3* Villa Joma or 4* Hotel Jurmala Spa.
Day 6 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Jurmala – Klaipeda (315 km). Visit the movie town of Cinevilla,
where you will have the opportunity to walk around a live film set. Drive to the port city of Klaipeda, with an en-route stop at the Hill of Crosses. If you like shopping, then pay a visit to the large shopping centre Akropolis. Overnight at 3* Reval Inn or 4* Europa Royale.
Day 7 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Klaipeda – Nida – Klaipeda (100 km). Cross the Curonian Lagoon by ferry to reach the nature reserve of the Curonian Spit – lush parks, small villages and beautiful sand dunes. When you reach Nida, take a stroll or a cycle through this beautiful town with its distinct wooden houses and fantastic restaurants. En-route to or from Klaipeda, if time permits, pay a visit to the only Dolphinarium in the Baltics. Overnight at 3* Reval Inn or 4* Europa Royale.
Day 8 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Klaipeda – Kaunas – Vilnius (310 km). Break the journey to Vilnius, by making a stop in the former capital of Lithuania, Kaunas. Continue the journey to Vilnius. Check-in at a hotel in Vilnius. Free time in Vilnius. Overnight at 3* Comfort or 4* Artis.
Day 9 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Vilnius – Rundale – Riga (315 km). Enjoy the beautiful Old Town of Vilnius with its fine buildings and narrow streets. Drive via the Panevezys highway to Bauska and pay a visit the magnificent 18th Century Rundale Palace, once the summer residence of the Duke of Courland. Continue to Riga and overnight at 3* Konventa Set or 4* Gutenbergs.
Day 10 - Breakfast in the hotel. Drive: Bauska – Riga (67 km). Time at leisure in Riga depending on flight departure time. Drop off rental car at Riga airport. Depart Riga.
