Apart from the Black Diamonds being a library, there are various different functions for the buildings, mostly focused around the atrium from where you can view the harbours. The building also has a 600-seat auditorium named a s the Queen's Hall. The Queen's Hall is primarily used for jazz concerts and chamber music, conferences, theatre performances and literary events. The building also has exhibition areas, a cafe, a restaurant, a roof terrace and a bookshop. Also, The National Museum of Photography and a small museum dedicated to cartoon art are part of the facilities. Due to its uniqueness, its definitely worth a visit.
